these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

Ordered that Richard Thomas Administrator of Leven Powers sell the 
perishable property of said estate

Ordered that Charles Thompson be overseer of the road from 
Thompsons old field to where Sampson Pitman formerly lived and that 
the former hands work thereon

Benjamin Lee Esquire who was appointed a Justice of the peace for 
the County came into Court and took the Oaths necessary for his 
Qualification as such
