At a Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions begun and held at the Town of Lumberton 
for the County of Robeson on Monday the Sixth day of October AD 1806 and in the 
31st year of American Independence

Present the Worshipful John Regan Archd McNeill William Ward & Joseph Newberry 
Esquires

The Sheriff returned the Venire Facias when the following Gentlemen where 
selected to serve as grand jurors duing this Term – To Wit: John Storm William 
Moore Benjamin Lewis Jacob Barnes John Barnes John McBryde Danl Barfield? John 
McKay Joseph Blount John Hammond? James Biggs William Hill Uriah Grantham

Ordered that Abram Lawson be overseer of the road in room of William Ward

Ordered that Daniel Mathews be overseer of the road in room Jesse Musselwhite

Ordered that Joseph Councill be overseer of the road in room of John Smith

Ordered that James Barnes be overseer of the road in room of Jesse Pitman

Ordered that the following gentlemen attend the Superior Court from this County? 
Zachariah Jordan Alexander ? Robert Haills John Blount? (/)
