Isham Williams at the Suit of Philip Bethea Esquire which was levied on five 
hundred acres of land called the plowed pond place near John Duncans lands by 
Evan Ellis Constable Ordered that the Sheriff sell the same

Gilbert Cox prefered a petition praying for leave to turn the road leading from 
Lumberton to Griffins Bluff about one hundred below his mill when the prayer of 
the said petitioner was granted accordingly

Duncan Campbell appointed guardian to William Jones Seaton who is a minor 
orphan – Said Campbell entered into bond with Mathew Powers his security in the 
sum of four hundred pounds
