The sheriff to supperintend the same and have it completed before next court with bond and security in the name of the Chairman of the Court the charge to be paid by the ? to be allow'd if ? Ordered that James Lewis Junr be overseer of the road in room of James Suggs and that the usual hands work under him Page 29 [image 234b] Ordered that Duncan Curry Guardian to Jennet & Malcom?
