Ordered that Gabriel Carter be overseer of the Creek in room of district 
of Jordan Philips

Archibald Curry was appointed Constable in Captain McPhaters 
District and entered into bond with Edward Love his security

Deed from William Hawthorn to Jacob Rhodes proved by David Legatt

Deed from Silas Turner to Thomas Lowrey proved by John Sledd

Deed from Donald McDonald to Alexr McDonald proved by James 
McNeill

Deed from William (Neil?) McMillan to Daniel McMillan proved by John 
Munn

Bill of Sale from Philemon Hodges to Peter McArthur proved by Daniel 
Morison

Bill of Sale from Dond McDonald to Alexr McDonald proved by James

Archibald McLean was appointed Guardian to David Curry and Barbara 
Curry minor orphans od Gilbert Curry who entered into bond with John 
McCormick his security

Administration on the estate of Morgan Drury deceased was granted to 
Robert Upton and Sarah Drury who entered into bond in the sum of 
one hundred pounds with Joseph Regan and Elisha Berry? their 
security and at the same time returned an inventory of the estate which 
was filed

The Administrator of the estate of William Barnes deceased returned 
an account Sales of the said estate which was ordered to be filed

Ordered that Richard Grantham Junior be overseer of the road in room 
and district of Joshua Grantham

Ordered that Randol Curry Archd McNeill Senior and John Little 
Esquires be a committee to divide the perishable property belonging 
tothe estate of Danl McPherson deceased among the heirs of said 
McPherson and that they report to next court

An execution against William Previt? and Washington Cade at the suit 
of Henry Thompson and John Thompson for the sum of seventeen 
pounds ten shillings and cost and returned by AB drake esquire levied 
on three hundred acres of land lying on the east side of Ashpole near 
the plowed pond the property of Washington Cade by Evan Ellis 
Constable Ordered that the sheriff sell the same AB? give credit for the 
sum of £3...10

Charles Ivey personally appeared in open court and being duly sworn 
declares that some time in the month of July 1803 being on the muster 
ground of Captain William Sterling when a quarrel arose between him 
the deponent and Absolam Pitman when he the said deponent bitte off 
a piece of the left ear of the said Pitman

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 10 oclock
