Ordered that Duncan Campbell Nevan McBryde and Angus Campbell 
be a Committee to lay off for Margaret Campbell widow of John 
Campbell deceased one years provision out of the estate of her 
deceased husband

Ordered that Nathan Powell be overseer of the road from Mrs 
Rowlands plantation to the run of Ashpole in room of Reston Powell

Ordered that Britton Britt Silas Ivey and Isaac Lamb work in future on 
the Creek Road under John Britt overseer

Ordered that Emanuel Lamb be overseer of the Creek in room of 
Malcom McNeill & that Panuel Lamb work as a hand under said 
overseer

The last Will and testament of John McMillan deceased proved by 
William Gilchrist the Executors to which refusing to act.  Adminsitration 
on the estate of the said John McMillan granted to John McCorvey who 
entered into bond in the sum of three thousand dollars with Murdoch 
McMillan and William Gilchrist his securities

The last Will and Testament of Duncan Bowe? Decd proved by Nevan 
McBride and John Stewart when Daniel Mathews was appointed 
administrator who entered into bond in the sum of one thousand 
pounds with Daniel Campbell and John Stewart his securities

Neill Brown appointed Guardian to Neill Johnson a minor orphan and 
entered into bond in the sum of five hundred pounds with William 
McNeill his security

John Biggs appointed constable in Captain Biggs district who entered 
into bond with James Kelly his secuirty

Administration on the estate of Henry Pope deceased granted to 
Benjamin Lee and Jacob Pope who entered into bond in the sum of 
fifteen thousand pounds with William Sterling and John Stewart their 
securities

The last Will and Testament of John Campbell deceased proved by 
Christian Campbell when Margaret Campbell was appointed 
administratrix to the estate of the said John Campbell and entered into 
bond in the sum of two hundred pounds wiht David Mathews her 
security at the same time she returned an inventory of the estate which 
was ordered to be filed 

An acount of sales of the estate of Morgan Drury returned, ordered to 
be filed

Ordered that John Little and Alexander Patterson take the examination 
of Mrs Mary Thomas and Mrs Elizabeth Goodman relative to their 
willingness to sign deeds of conveyance for certain lands lying in the 
County of Jones in this state which was conveyed by George Thomas 
and Timothy Goodman

Deed form Henry Pope to James Carter proved by Jacob Pope
