Present the worshipfull Joseph Wood Duncan Campbell & Charles Moore Esquires

Ordered that James Barnes be overseer of the road in room of John Barnes

Ordered that James Lowery be permited to open a new road round his own 
plantation and that he keep open the old road round said plantation untill he 
put the new road in such order that overseer will receive it

Moses Hill who was appointed a Justice of the peace for this County was 
Quallified as Such
