these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

Ordered that Randol Curry Archibald McNeill and Angus Curry be a 
Committee to settle with Marion McPherson Guardian of Hugh 
McPherson and that they report to next term

Ordered that a negro fellow named Peter the property of Sarah Atkins 
be allowed to carry a gun on his mistresses land

Ordered that Joseph Wood esquire keep up a Toll Bridge across the 
Great Swamp at his plantation and keep the said Bridge and Cause 
Way in Complete order for the term of twenty years form term and that 
he receive the following toll To Wit

For ...Cents
Waggon & Team ...50
A Cart Chair & Horse...25
Man & Horse...10
a Lead Horse...5
A foot Traveller...5
Live Stock each head...2 ½
Every Hoggshead Rolled...25
Ditto Barrell...2 ½

And that the said Joseph Wood enter into Bond and Security in the 
sum of two thousand dollars for keeping the said Bridge accordingly

Ordered that the hands that formerly worked on the said Swamp be 
compelled to work on the road from Lumberton to the aforesaid Bridge
