McNeill John Pope Joshua Hawthorn Archd Gilchrist John Regan John Humphrey Jacob 
Rhodes Angus Murphy Malcom Murphy Danl McNull John Willis Elias Alford and Archd 
McCalum and at the same time Even Ellis was sworn as Constable to attend them
