The Committee who were appointed to settle with Marion McPherson 
guardian of Hugh McPherson reported 

Nicholas Powell esquire returned an execution agt Willis Taylor at the 
suit of Joseph Lee for the sum of fifty shillings and eight shillings 
constable fees levied on 150 acres of land the property of said Taylor 
joining Thomas Hill by Ansel Powell Constable Ordered that the sheriff 
sell the same

Ordered that Furney Barfield be overseer of the road in room of James 
Lee

Ordered that John Pope be overseer of the road in room of Curtis 
Sugg and that the following hands be added to the said road to work 
under John Pope to Wit Jacob Popes hands John Popes hands Jethro 
Barnes Meredith Barnes & Jordan? Ivey
