Deed from John McMillen to Danl McMillen proved by James McNeill

Deed from Neill McMillen to John McMillen proven

Sion Alford Esquire returned an execution agt Angus McCollum at the 
instance of Doctor Jordan for the sum of twenty pounds and eight 
shillings cost levied on a tract of land supposed to be 200 acres the 
property of said McCallum lying on Shoe Heel joining the state line 
being part ? front in Margt McCallum now lives and joining Doctor 
Jordans lines Ordered that the sheriff sell the same

Sion Alford Esquire returned an execution agt Angus McCallum for the 
sum of thirteen pounds nine shillings and eight shillings cost levied on 
the above identified tract of land by Wiley Alford Constable Ordered 
that the sheriff sell the same also at the instance of Dr. Jordan

The last will and testament of William Thompson Decd proved by 
Charles Thompson when Stephen Thompson and Mary Thompson 
quallified as Executor and Executrix to the same

Archibald Gilchrist appointed guardian to Hugh McPherson a minor 
orphan who entered into bond in the sum of five thousand dollars with 
John McPherson? his security

Jacob Barnes a minor orphan was bound apprentice to John Hester 
untill he arrive at the age of twenty one years he now being sixteen

Allen McLachlin appointed constable in Captain McKays district who 
entered into bond with Archibald McNeill and John Johnson his 
securities

The comittee who were appointed to divide the estate of Tobias Seely 
deceased reported and also returned the amount of sales of said 
estate when the whole were ordered to be filed

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 8 oclock
