The sheriff returned the Venire Facias when the following gentlemen were 
selected to serve as Grand Jurors during this term to wit – John McPhaull John 
Pursell Jacob Barnes Charles Thompson John Johnson Daniel Johnson John Regan 
Neill McNeill Duncan Brown Israel Campbell Richard Grantham Nathan Britt 
Archibald Gilchrist at the same time William Neill was sworn constable to attend 
them
