County court minutes 1797-1813, North Carolina, Superior Court (Robeson County) 
– 1806-1813

of...." and then ordered to be registered; to eliminate redundancy, these have 
been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved by...."]

Stephen Grantham appointed Constable in Captain Barnes District and entered into 
bond with Josiah Grantham and Lewis Johnston his securities

Allen McLachlin Constable renewed his bond with Benjamin Blount his security

John Regan esquire Register of this County renewed his bond with James McQueen 
and Jonathan Wishart his securities

Joseph Wood John Regan and Robert Haills who were appointed to settle with the 
Executor of the estate of William Regan deceased made their report

The Administratrix of the estate of Colin Sinclair deceased returned an 
inventory of his estate

The Committee was appointed to settle with James McNeill McNeill esquire 
Administrator of the estate of John McMillan deceased made their report

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 9 oclock

Powell Esq Charles Pate Duncan McLachlin Neill McNeill ? Stephen Lee and Daniel

Ordered that Josiah Grantham be overseer of the road in the room of Archd 
Barfield and that the same hand work under him
