Ordered that William Watson be oversear of the road in room of Adam McKay

Ordered that a grist mill on the White Oak Swamp in this County the property of 
John Willis shall be from this time a Publick Mill

Ordered that Allen McLaughlin Const bring to next court Albert Lacklear an 
olphent [orphan] child in order that he be bound out as the law directs

Ordered that John Blount Constable be allowed the sum of thirty two shillings 
for his attendance at this term

Ordered that Jacob Mercer be allowed the sum of thirty two shillings for his 
attendance at this term and twenty four shillings for his attendance at last 
March Superior Court term

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 9 oclock

McCollum William Watson Alexr McKay Daniel McLean Taylor John Hawthorn John 
Humphreys William Brown Lumberton Hardy Pope Malcom Thompson James McNatt 
Solomon Thomas John Johnston William Russell and John McPhaul

Ordered that the sheriff sell the old log jail to the highest bidder and that 
the purchaser shall immediately remove it away
