At a Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions begun and held for the 
County of Robeson at the Court House in Lumberton on the first 
Monday of October and XXXIV year of our Independence AD 1809

Present the worshipful John Regan Duncan Campbell John Hesters

The sheriff returned the Venire facias and the Court selected the
