Ordered that John Johnstons fine be recinded? except 5/

Deed of convayance from Robert Ogdin? to Elias Haines of the state 
and city of New York which was proved before Dewitt Clinton Mayor of 
the City of New York was admited to record in this county

Ordered that Josiah Taylor be overseer of the road in room of John 
McLain

Ordered that William Russell be overseer of the road in the room of 
Peeter Mc?

Ordered that Duncan Little be overseer of the road in room of Alexr 
Johnston

Ordered that William Barnes be fined for not attending as a 
Talleysman – 10/

Ordered that John Applewhite Joseph Regan and Joseph Newbery be 
a committee to settle with the admr of Chas Pope decd

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following persons to lay off the 
Dower of Nancey Graham widow of Duncan Graham decd and allso 
divide the property among the heirs (to wit) Sherwood Fort Duncan 
Campbell Isaac Sulivan William Moore (ten mile Swamp) John 
Johnston Absolom Davis Duncan Little John Murphy Danl McNeill Danl 
Shaw Dugal McLaughlin and Duncan Craford and report to next term
