[Deeds were always either "acknowledged in open court" or "proved by oath 
of...." and then ordered to be registered; to eliminate redundancy, these have 
been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved by...."]

Ordered that the Register be directed to correct an error on the face of a deed 
from William Regan agent for Samuel Dubois to John McNair and also in his book, 
as follows, that is to say the word West in the second corner of the Tract to 
read East and so forth

Ordered that the shff summon the following gentlemen to attend as Jureours to

Present the worshipfull Thomas Sewell Sion Alford John Hesters Angus Taylor 
Esquires

Duncan Campbell Esquire returned an execution against Dougald Curry at the 
instance of Daniel McNeill for the sum of nineteen shillings principal and eight 
shillings costs levied on 100 acres of land on the north side of the ten mile 
Swamp the property of Dougald Curry levied by John Blount – ordered that the 
sheriff sell the same

Court adjourned till Court in Course
