At a Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions begun and held at the Town of Lumberton 
for the County of Robeson on Monday the 26th day of November Anno Domini 1810

Present the worshipful John Regan Sampson Bridgers James McNeill and John Little 
Esquires

Ordered that Willis Baxley be overseer of the road in room of Duncan Little

Ordered that Britton Britt be overseer of the road  in room of John Britt

Ordered that John McNeill Senr be overseer of the road in room of Daniel McNeill

Ordered that Neill McNeill be overseer of the road in room and district of 
Peeter Johnston

Ordered that Cela Lowrey administratrix of the estate of James Lowery decd sell 
all the perishable property of said estate

Ordered that Willis Councill be overseer of the road in room of Neill Shaw
