Ordered that James McNatt be overseer of the road in room of John 
Humphrey

Ordered that Edward Currie be overseer of the road in room of Andrew 
Sinclear

Ordered that Abraham Brown be and in futer be exempt from working 
on the public roads in the county aforesd

Ordered that Peeter Johnston Senr be overseer of the road from the 
Flat Swamp to Wilkingson in room of Archd McQuilkin who served his 
time

Ordered that Henery Taylor be overseer of Lumber River in room and 
district of Samuell Elkins

Ordered that Irven Grimsley be permited to move the road leading 
through his own plantation to the other side of his house for his own 
convenience and making it good as the old road before it be recd by 
the hands

Ordered that Furney Barfield Elias Thomas and Saml Rowland Junr 
work under Robert Inman Overseer

Ordered that the following gentelmen be appointed to lay off a road 
from the Grate Marsh begining at the stage road on th South side of 
the Grate Marsh the nearest and best way to the Grate Swamp at 
Powers Bridge – James Carlisle Danl McCraney Thomas Harrington 
Fredrick Davis John McMillen Mathew Powers John McLain Duncan 
Sinclear Hector Baker Archd Craford

Charles Robeson Isaac Sulivan Danl McLain & report to next term

The Court having received the new road formerly called Rhodes's It is 
ordered that Spencer Calldwell be overseer of the same from 
Lumberton to the farthest side of the Ten mile Swamp

Ordered that the hands belonging to Sampson Bridgers esq work on 
the road leading from Ashpole to Lumberton near Thomas Sewell 

Ordered that John McCallum be overseer of the road in room of 
Warren Alford

John McLean esq executor of the last will and testament of Angus 
McLean deceased returned an inventory of the perishable property of 
the estate

Duncan Little Neill McLane and John Little esquire who were appointed 
to settle with John Johnson guardian of John Johnson Junior reported 
to this court

Deed from Albritton Drake to John Drake proved by Sampson Bridgers 
esq
