Deed from Albritton Drake to John Drake proved by Sampson Bridgers

Deed from Joseph Hodges to Lewis Powell admited to record on the 
hand writing of William Regan being proved by Col John Regan

Deed of gift from Donald Johnson Senior to Donald Johnson Junior 
proved by Peter Johnson

Bill of sale from William Waters to Gade Carter acknowledged

Archibald Curry appointed guardian to Mary McNeill who entered into 
bond in the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds with Alexander 
McNeill his security

Ordered that the County tax be 2 shillings and three pence on the poll 
for the year 1810

to William Moore who returned an inventory of the perishable property 
of said estate, and ordered that he sell the same 

Archibald Oxendine bound apprentice to Neill McArthur untill he arives 
at the age of twenty one he now being four

Isabele Lockleer bound to Donald Lean untill she arive at the age of 18 
She now being four

Nicholas Evers bound apprentice to William Martin untill he arive at the 
age of 21 he now being six years

Court adjourned untill tomorrow nine oclock
