Tuesday November the 27th 1810

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Duncan Campbell Samuel Biggs Archibald McNeill Esquires

On motion it appearing to the Court that John McDuffy of Cumberland stands 
charged as the father of a Bastard child begotten on the body of Sarah Sinclair 
of this County

Ordered that the said John McDuffy pay to the said Sarah Sinclair the sum of 
twelve pounds including all charges up to this date.  Ordered farther that 
execution issue to Cumberland for the said sum

Ordered also that the said McDuffy pay to the said Sarah Sinclair the sum of 
seven pounds annually for the span of six years hence for the support of said 
child

Ordered that the widow of Isham Seely deceased be allowed the sum of four per 
annum for the maintainance of each of her three children for two years out of 
her husbands estate and to be allowed in her settlement the whole amounting to 
twenty four dollars

Angus Taylor esquire returned an execution against ? Bryan and Benjamin Smith 
for the sum of eighteen dollars and fifteen cents and one dollar and sixty cents 
costs at the instance of John McVicar ordered that the sheriff sell the same

Neill Brown esquire returned an attachment levied on one blanket one watch some 
books one iron square the property of Malcom Smith in the possession of Patrick 
Smith at the instance of Morgan Smith for the sum of ninety dollars ordered that 
the sheriff sell the said property
