Ordered that Absalom Pitman be overseer of the road in room of 
Samuel Johnson

Ordered that Thomas Sewell and Sion Alford Esquires be a committee 
to settle with the administrator of Theophilus Thompson deceased and 
report to next court

Ordered that James McNatt pay to Sarah Bagget the sum of six 
pounds for the mantainance of a baseborn child for one year back and 
the sum of four pounds annually for six years to come

Ordered that James Chisholm be overseer of the road in room of John 
Chisholm

Ordered that Malcom McGugan be overseer of the road in room of 
Edward Curry

Lemuel Thompson was appointed guardian to Nancy Thompson minor 
orphan and entered into bond in the sum of one hundred and two 
pounds with Archd McLean his security

Samuel Johnson was appointed Constable in Capt Terrys district & 
entered into bond with John Hesters & Phillip Speers 

The admr of the estate of William Odum returned the account of sales 
of said estate amounting to 1147 dollars and 70 cents

Nancy Thompson a minor was bound to Lemuel C Thompson till she 
arive at 18 years of age she now being nine

Allen Looper a minor was bound to Isham Cox till he be twenty one 
years of age now being seventeen

Seley Holliman a minor of six years of age was bound to David Wilcox 
untill she arive at eighteen

Administration on the estate of Angus Buchan deceased was granted 
to John Buchan who entered into bond with Alexr Patterson in the sum 
of fifty pounds

Administration on the estate of Hardy Councill decd was granted to 
John Councill and Willis Councill who entered into bond in the sum of 
three thousand dollars with John Regan and Robert Haills securities

Deed from Zephaniah Leonard to Nathaniel Hawthorne acknowledged

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 10 oclock
