Evan Ellis was appointed Constable in Capt Drakes district who entered into bond
with Alfred Rowland his security

Squire Barnes an orphant now abought 14 years of age bound apprentice to Isaac
Bledso

Allen Ivey an orphant now abought 10 years of age bound apprentice to John Danely

Ordered that the sheriff sumon the folowing gentlemen as a Jury to lay off a
road from William Humphries on the Raft Swamp from thence to the Panther ford on
Panther Swamp thence to the ? called Philadelpus near Colonal Hugh Brown thence
a direct cource to the old road from Lumberton to Neill Brown (To wit)

At a Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions begun and held for the County of
Robeson at the Town of Lumberton on the 27 day of May being the 4th Monday of
said month Anno Domini 1811 and 35th year of American Independence

Present the worshipful William McNeill Joseph Wood John Regan William Ward Esquires

Ordered that John Regan Esq Joseph Regan and Joseph Wood be a committee to
divide the property belonging to the estate of Thomas Musselwhite deceased among
his heirs agreeable to his will

Ordered that Benjamin Blount be overseer of the river in room of Marmaduke
Etheridge and that Daniel McDougald be added to that district and that Etheridge
be removed

Ordered that the road leading from John ? to Iveys Bluff be discontinued and
that the hands who worked on that road work in future on Lumber River
