Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Sampson Bridgers Alexander Rowland & Malcom McNeill 
Esquires

Deed from Thomas Barnes to Diana Cochran Noyes proved by Alfred Rowland

Deed from Archibald Nevins Senr to Archibald Nevins Junior acknowledged

Deed of gift from Archibald Nevans Junior to Malcom Nevans acknowledged

Deed from Daniel Mathews to Daniel McNeill proved by Richard Grantham

Thomas Sewell and Peter Lammon the committee who were appointed to settle the 
account of Sampson Bridgers County Treasurer reported to this court

Court adjourned till tomorrow 8 oclock

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Alexander Rowland Peter Lammon & Malcom McNeill Esquires

Ordered that John McInnes Senior be overseer of the road in room of Finlay 
Chisholm

Ordered that John McRae be overseer of the road from Shoe heel to the state line

Ordered that the following gentlemen be a committee to divide the real property 
of the estate of Meedy Lamb deceased among his heirs to wit Benjamin Lee John 
Barnes Joseph Lee Andrew Fulmore William Ashley and Duncan McAlpin

Ordered that the following gentlemen be managers of the several elections in 
this county on the days appointed by law for holding said elections to wit  At 
Alfords Election Alexander McLeod Sampson Bridgers Commissioners? Malcom 
Nicolson Thomas Sewell Senate J McQueen Z Jordan Congress
