On motion ordered that the clerk issue two Executions against William 
Norment one for sixty four pounds fourteen shillings with costs and 
another for eighty four pounds two shillings with costs which 
Judgments were obtained by Noah Pitman against said Norment at 
October Term 1808 (sic)

Joseph Newberry Esq returned an Execution at the Instance of Jacob 
Rhodes against John Cox for the sum of twenty eight pounds ten 
shillings with Interest & eight shillings cost levied on 150 acres of land 
the property of said Cox 50 acres of which is on Jacksons Swamp ? 
joining Jesse Ivys? land Ordered that the shff sell the same

The sheriff returned his list of insolvents for the year 1807 amounting 
to 40 polls

The last will and testament of Thomas Taylor deceased was proved by 
Archibald McCollum

Ordered that an error on a grant to Andrew Griffen for 200 acres No. 
1521 be corrected agreeable to the Direction of Duncan McAlpin 
County Surveyor as per copy filed

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as 
jurors to the Superior Court at next September Term.  John Willis Alexr

63 by Robert Haills Coroner ordered that the coroner sell the same
