Power of attorney from Burwell Vick to William Ashly produced in Open 
Court when the signature of Burwell Vick was proved by the oath of

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipfull Alexander Rowland Robert Haills and John 
McNeill Esquires

Deed from Ruben Morse to Jesse Lee acknowledged

Ordered that John Blount Constable be allowed the sum of forty eight 
shillings for his attendance at this term

Ordered that Jacob Mercer be allowed the sum of sixteen shillings for 
his attendance at the Superior Court September term

Ordered that John Blount be allowed sixteen shillings for two days 
attendance at the Superior Court September term

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as 
jurors at the next term to wit John Storm Noah Pitman Jacob Blount 
Jonathan Wishart Samuel Storm Malcom McNeill (saddler) Jesse Lee
