Deed from William Moore to Charles Barker acknowledged

Deed from Alfred Rowland Esqr? to John McNeill acknowledged

An inventory of the property of the estate of Duncan Graham was returned by the 
administrator of his estate

Ordered that John Applewhite administrator of the estate of Benjamin Moore be 
allowed the sum of four pounds seventeen shillings in full compensation

Ordered that George Moore be overseer of the Creek in room of John Powell

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to lay off the dower of 
Nancy Graham widow of Duncan Graham deceased & also to divide the property of 
the said deceased among his heirs to wit William Baxley Robt Upton Duncan 
Campbell Frederick Davis John Regan Junr Danl McCraney Neill McAlpin Daniel 
McLean Dougald McLachlan Duncan Crawford Nevan McBryde Isaac Sullivan 

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 10 oclock

Friday January the 6th 1809

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipfull Charles Moore John McNeill and Angus Taylor Esquires

Ordered that Willis Baxley be overseer of the road leading from Lumberton to the 
ten mile Swamp including that part of the road lately opened by Jacob Rhodes and 
that all the hands belonging to the said Jacob Rhodes work under him together 
with the hands who now or formerly worked on said road under the former overseer

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as Jurors at 
the next County Court To Wit John Humphry Noah Pitman (Creek) James Barnes Capt 
Jacob Barnes Hardy Pope James Terry Jacob Pope Henry Bullock Benjamin Edwards
