Deed from John Hesters to Noah Pitman proved by Robert Haills

Robert Haills esquire returned an execution against Joseph Blount for 
the sum of eight pounds nine shillings and six pence at the Instance of 
Duncan McLeran also four shillings costs levied on two hundred acres 
of land joining the lands of John Blount Junr and Jacob Blount Senior 
land by John Blount Constable ordered that the sheriff sell the same

Ordered that John Blount Constable be allowed the sum of thirty two 
shillings for his attendance at this term

Ordered that Jacob Mercer be allowed the sum thirty two shillings for 
his attendance as Constable at this term

Ordered that Charles Moore John McNeill & William Ashley Esquires 
be assessors of town property for the year 1808

Ordered that John Pope be allowed the sum of seventeen dollars for 
his services as administrator of the estate of Charles Pope deceased 
to be paid him out of the property belonging to said estate
