committee to settle with John Regan Junior Executor of the estate of 
William Regan deceased & report to next term

Ordered that Britton Britt pay to Treacy Ivey the sum of ten dollars for 
the maintainance of a bastard child for one year

Ordered that James Humphry be overseer of the road in room of 
William Humphry

Pitman Noah Pitman James Terry John Campbell When at the same 
time Jacob Mercer was sworn Constable to attend them
