Roderick McNair appointed guardian to Peggy Wilkison & Neill Wilkison minor 
orphans and entered into bond in the sum of four hundred pounds with Archibald 
McKay his security

John McNair appointed guardian to John and Daniel Wilkison minor orphans and 
entered into bond in the sum of two hundred pounds with John McDonald his 
security

Elizabeth Ray widow of Daniel Ray obtained letters of administration on his 
estate who entered into bond in the sum of eight hundred pounds with Roderick 
McNair her security

Robert Upton appointed guardian to Nelly & Nancy Drury who entered into bond in 
the sum of one hundred pounds with Alfred Rowland his security

Henry Trawick appointed constable in Captain Drakes District who entered into 
bond with Neil Murphy his security

The committee was was appointed to settle with the administrator of Wright 
Legget deceased made their report

The committee appointed to settle with the admr of Joseph Atkison deceaased 
reported

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Sion Alford Joseph Wood Joseph Regan Neill Murphy Duncan 
Campbell Esquires

Ordered that Warren Allford be overseer of the road in room of [blank] McCollum

Ordered that the hands who formerly worked new road under Duncan Brown do in 
future work under Warren Allford

Ordered that Simon Willis be overseer of the road in room of Richd Thomas and 
that Jesse Williamson and Bengeman ? work under him
