Ordered that James Watson be overseer of the road in room of John 
Pope

Ordered that Josiah Inman be overseer of the road in room of Furny 
Barfield

Ordered that Neill Furgason be overseer of the road in room of Duncan 
Cury

Ordered that William Atkinson have leave to remove the Public road 
round his plantation and that he put the new road in good and suficant 
order and keep the same in order untill the overseer of said road think 
proper to receive the same

Ordered that Neill Shaw be overseer of the road in room of Neill 
Thompson and that the same hands work under him

Ordered that James Biggs have leave to remove the Public Road 
round his plantation and he shall put the same in as good order as the 
said road is now in

Ordered that Duncan Buchan be overseer of the road in room of 
Peeter McGeachy

William Ashley was elected County Trustee in room of Sampson 
Bridgers resigned

Ordered that the county attorney be allowed the sum of fifteen pounds 
annually for his extra services

Ordered that the road leading from Lumberton that croses Drownding 
Creek at Norments Bridg be discontinued
