Ordered that no Spiritous Liquor be either kept or sold within sixty yards of 
the Court house or during the Sitting of the Court and that the sheriff see this 
order carried into effect

Ordered that the Entry Taker of this County be authorised and empowered to issue 
Warrants on the following Entries made in the late Entry takers office To Wit 
One for Phillip Wilkison for 100 acres No. 160 dated the 24th day of February 
1808 Ditto for Etheldred Roberts No. 161 for 154 acres dated 5th March 1808.  
One ditto for Jonathan Roberts for 100 acres No. 162 dated 10th March 1808.  One 
ditto for Hugh Brown for 250 acres No. 163 dated 29th March 1808.  One ditto for 
Murdock Murphy for 110 acres No. 164 dated the 6th Apr 1808 one ditto for Duncan 
McAlpin for 100 acres No. 165 dated 14 May 1808. One ditto for Dugald McMillan 
for 50 acres No. 166 – dated 7th Sept 1808 – One ditto for Robert Fairley for 60 
acres No. 167 dated 7th Feby 1808
