Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipfull Joseph Wood Charles Moore John McNeill John Hesters 
Esquires

The committee to whome it was referd the settlement of the estate of Charles 
Pope decd reported accordingly

Ordered that notice issue to Joseph Wood Esqr to show caus at next term why the 
bridge over the lake of the Grate Swamp shall not be considered a Public Bridge 
and why travelers and others that pass over said bridg without the payment of 
tole Tusday is the Day to Determine?

The committee to whom it was refer the settlement of the estate of Archd Little 
decd reported accordingly

The inventory of the estate of Duncan Graham was returned by his administrator

The inventory of the estate of Colen Sinclear was returned by his administratrix

Lewis Johnston Constable renewed his bond with Andrew Fullmore his security

Deed from Daniel McInness to John Moreson proven by James McQueen

Deed from Archibald and Neill Murphy to Danl Moreson proven by James McQueen

Ordered that John Blount Constable be allowed the sum of twenty four shillings 
for his attendance on the Jury at the Superior Court at September Term 1809 and 
the sum of twenty four shillings for his attendance on the Jury at this term

Ordered that Jacob Mercer Constable be allowed the sum of twenty four shillings 
for his attendance on the Jury at this term and the sum of twenty four shillings 
for his attendance on the Jury at the Superior Court [in margin:] Issued up to 
this time
