At a Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions begun and held for the County of 
Robeson at the Court house in Lumberton on the first Monday in January Anno 
Domini 1810 and 34th year of our Independence

Present the worshipful Joseph Wood Alexander Paterson Archibald McNeill Esquires

Ordered that Gilbert McMillan be overseer of the road in room of Angus Gillis

Ordered that Edward Wilkison be overseer of the road in room of Angus McDermid

Ordered that Duncan McMillan Junior be overseer of the road in room of Hugh 
Mathews

Ordered that Andrew Fulmore be overseer of the road in room of Nathan Britt

Ordered that Daniel McNeill John McPhaul and Randal Curry be a committee to 
settle with Angus Curry administrator of Duncan Curry
