Tuesday January the 2d 1810

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Joseph Regan John Hesters Duncan Campbell 
Esquires

Ordered that Nancy Lamb be allowed the sum of twenty pounds for 
maintaining the orphans of her deceased husband

Ordered that Arthur Lamb guardian of Lavinia Lamb Anne Lamb Lansy 
Lamb and Alice Lamb be released from his ? guardianship and that 
John Barnes be guardian of the said children who entered into bond 
accordingly

Ordered that the hands belonging to Malcom McNeill work under 
Marmaduke Etheridge overseer of a part of Lumber River

Ordered that Robert Inman be overseer of the road in room of Furney 
Barfield
