Present the worshipful Sion Alford Daniel McPhaul Joseph Regan 
Esquires

Ordered that William Ashley Angus Taylor and John Hesters esquires 
be a committee to settle the accounts of the administrators of Joseph 
Belton and report to next term

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following Jury to lay off and divide 
the real property of John Danielly deceased among the heirs of said 
Danielly To wit James Alford Archibald McLean Angus McLean John 
Brown John McCallum Angus McCallum Gilbert Sellers John McNair 
Junr Malcom McInnes Archd Henderson Elias Alford and Alexr Little 
and that they report to next term

Ordered that Sion Alford James Alford and Angus McCallum be a 
committee to settle with the administratrix of John Danielly and report 
to next term

In the suit Malcom McNeill vs Charles Barker John Hawthorn Senr and 
Nathaniel Hawthorn came into court and acknowledged themselves 
securities for the stay of Execution agreeably to the last act of the 
General Assembly for the Suspention? of Executions

In the suit Zephaniah Leonard vs Nathaniel and Joshua Hawthorn 
John? Hawthorn Senr? and Charles Barker came into Court and 
acknowledged themselves securities as above

The Executor of the last will and testament of William Moore deceased 
returned an inventory of his testators estate
