Duncan McCallum administrator of the estate of Archd McCallum deceased returned 
an inventory of said estate

The Jury who were summoned to lay off the dower of the widow of Josiah Barnes 
deceased reported

Bill of sale from David Davis agent in fact for DW Davis to Daniel Patterson of 
Bladen County proved by Angus Taylor

Administration on the estate of Restore Powell deceased was granted to Douglas 
Powell who entered into bond in the sum of two thousand pounds with Benjamin Lee 
esquire his security

John Barnes was constituted Guardian to the orphan children of Meedy Lamb decd 
who entered into bond with Genl Lee & Saml Britt his securities

John Curry admr of Malcom Blue reported

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 10 oclock

Thursday January the 4th 1810

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Joseph Wood John McLean and William Norment Esquires

Ordered that John Hillborne be overseer of the road in room of James Kinlaw

Ordered that notice issue to all the Justices of the peace for this County to 
attend at the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for this County on 
the fourth Monday of February next on the first day of said term

Ordered that Alfred Rowland William Ashley and Angus Taylor be a committee to 
settle with John Barnes admr of Needham Rowland deceased and that they report to 
next term
