At a Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions begun and held at the Town 
of Lumberton for the County of Robeson on the fourth Monday in 
February Anno Domini 1810 and of our Independence the thirty fourth

Present the worshipfull Joseph Wood Archibald McNeill and Joseph 
Regan Esquires

The sheriff returned the Venire Facias and the court selected the 
following gentlemen to serve as Grand Jurors during this term To Wit 
Jacob Rhodes James Pitman Simon Willis Daniel McNeill Alexr 
Thompson William Humphry Silas Drake Benjamin Thomas Richard 
Mercer George Ikner Tremagen Thompson James Bracey Archd Rea

At the same time John Blount was sworn Constable to attend them

Ordered that Daniel Powell be overseer of the road in room of William 
Barnes

Ordered that Daniel Chilsholm be overseer of the road in room of Colin 
McLachlin

Ordered that Angus Love be overseer of the road in room of Neill 
Ferguson

Ordered that Moses Parker be overseer of the road in room and district 
of Isaac Lee

Ordered that William Moore and Daniel McNeill be allowed to build a 
mill say grist mill across the ten mile swamp on their own lands 
agreeable to the prayer of their petition

The committee who were appointed to settle with John Barnes 
administrator of the estate of Needham Rowland deceased handed in 
their report

Ordered that Daniel Mathews be overseer in room of William Russell

Ordered that Joseph Regan esquire have leave to turn the road round 
by his own plantation
