A jury who were appointed to lay off the road from William Humphreys to Neill
Browns made a kind of return which was filed

The committee who were appointed to settle with the administrator of Resto
Powell rported that they find the sum of fifteen shillings only due by the
administrator to the said estate

The committee who were appointed to settle with the administrator of Neill Ray
deceased reported that the said administrator has fully administered

Ordered that Sally McInnis be allowed five pounds for her lying in charges of a
bastard child charged to have been begotten on her body by Neil Curry in [lined
out: lieu of all other charges]

Ordered that the following magistrates receive the List of Taxable Property for
the year 1811 –

Jacob Merser Constable allowed the sum thirty two shillings for his attendance
at this term

John Blount Constable allowed the sum of twenty four shillings for his
attendance this term

James McQueen Esqr appointed Admr of the estate of John Chisholm Cooper decd who
entered into bond with Robert Haills his security in the sum of one hundred dollars

Deed from Alfred Rowland sheriff to David Anderson acknowledged

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 9 oclock

[Thursday May 30th 1811]

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipfull Charles Moore John McNeill Angus Taylor Esqrs

John Dowde came into court and relinquished his indenture which he had on Joshua
Singlettery which was excepted
