Ordered that William Wood be overseer of the road in room of James 
Smith

Ordered that Solomon Pippin be exempt from the payment of the tax 
on one white poll for the year 1810 which was charged to him by 
mistake

Ordered that Gilbert Taylor be overseer of Lumber River navigation in 
room of Roderick McNair and work the former hands who live within 
the bounds

Ordered that John Paterson be overseer of the road from Archd 
Wilkisons to Lindsays road in room of Duncan McMillan

Ordered that Dawson Waters be overseer of the road in room of John 
Barnes

Ordered that Jonathan Wishart be allowed to build a mill across 
Jacobs Swamp on his own lands

Thomas Ivey Senr came into Court and proved by the oath of Joseph 
Wood esq that he was some time ago in Bladen County and that he 
the said Ivey was in the Court of that County proved to be a white man

Ordered that Frederick Davis be exempt from public duty owing to an 
infirmity in his arm?

Ordered that Joel Pitman be overseer of the road in room of Joel 
Bullock

Ordered that James Suggs be overseer of the road in room of Drury 
Perry and work the following hands to Wit Drury Perry Jacob Perry 
Jonathan Wats Joseph Waters John Waters James Lewis Junior Elias 
Ivey William Brumble Gadi Carter and all the hands in the formers 
district

Ordered that Neill McLean Junior be overseer of the road leading from 
the county line to Sellers to Lowerys cross road in room of Alexander 
McMillan and the former hands work under him

Ordered that Charles Thompson be overseer of the creek road from 
Lowreys cross road to the fork in Thompsons old field and that all the 
hands within the former district work under him except such as work on 
Lumber River

Ordered that Duncan Brown Senr be overseer of the road in room of 
John McNeill from Neill Browns to Malcom McNeill and that he work 
the former hands

Ordered that Dugald McLachlin security for Duncan Campbell and 
Sarah Campbell admr and administratrix of Colen Campbell deceased 
be released from his said securityship and that the said Duncan 
Campbell give other security
