Ordered that Uriah Grantham be overseer of the road in room of 
Joshua Grantham on the road crossing at Fair Bluff and leading to the 
state line – Ordered that Peter Johnson be overseer of the road in 
room of James Stewart from the fork at Archd McEacherns to the fork 
of the new road near McDonalds old field

Ordered that Malcom McMillan Neill McAlpin and Alexander Patterson 
esquire be a committee to settle the accounts of John Buchan 
administrator of the estate of Peter Buchan deceased and that they 
report to next term

Ordered that James McNaught be overseer of the road leading form 
Elisha Harrels and that William Carlise James Humphrey Jesse 
Humphrey Alexander McDuffy John McNaught work under him

Ordered that John McEachern be overseer of the road in room of 
Malcom Mathews

Ordered that Malcom McMillan and Saml Smith be added to the road 
leading from Neill Brown to Malcom McNeill
