County court minutes 1797-1813, North Carolina, Superior Court

oath of...." and then ordered to be registered; to eliminate redundancy, 
these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

Alexander Campbell who were summoned to view the road leading 
from the fork of the road at McEacherns to the County line near 
Norman Stewarts and likewise that part of it leading to Mcfarlands 
Turnpike report that in their oppinion the post road from McEacherns to 
McFarlands Turnpike ought to be kept open.  See Report filed at Augt 
1811

Shadrach Howell was appointed Constable in Captain Sullivans district 
and entered into bond with John Regan esq his security

The last will and testament of John Molloy deceased was proved by 
Randal Curry

Bill of sale from John Odum to William Odum proved by Thomas 
Sewell esq

An inventory of the property belonging to the estate of Ann Thomas 
was returned by the administrator

Duncan Campbell was appointed administrator of the estate of Colin 
Campbell deceased and entered into bond with John Regan esq his 
security

John Biggs was appointed Constable in Captain Biggs district and 
entered into bond with Samuel Biggs his security

Deed form Sion Alford esquire acknowledged

Solomon Pippin appointed Constable in Captain Barnes's district and 
entered into bond with Richd Bullock

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 9 oclock
