Tuesday August the 27th 1811

Court met according to appointment (sic)

Present the worshipfull Joseph Wood Charles Moore Nicholas Powell Joseph Regan
Esquires

Ordered that James Lowrey Junior pay to Ann Deese the sum of seven pounds for
supporting the youngest child charged to him by the said Ann Deese Also the sum
of five pounds for supporting the next youngest child also charged to him by the
said Ann – during the present year [in margin: Issued]

Jacob Rhodes vs John Brock // Robert Haills garnishee // Ordered by the Court in
this Case that the sum of one hundred and twenty eight dollars and 38 cents be
condemned in the hands of the garnishee to the use of the Plaintiff Jacob
Rowland (sic)

Ordered that Notice issue to Neill Curry that he appear at the next term of this
Court to show cause why a further allowance of twenty five dollars should not be
made to Sally McInnis for Doctor's charges maintainance – and lying in expences – 

Ordered that John Smith be overseer of the road from Lowreys Bridge to Neill
Brown's and work the former hands

Ordered that James Evers be allowed to build a mill on his own lands accross
McCraney's Branch

Ordered that Randal Curry esquire have leave to renounce his right of being
Executor to the last will and testament of John Molloy deceased

The last will and testament of Charles Thompson Senior (deceased) was
established in this court and admited to record
