Ordered that the County Trustee pay to Alexander McMillan Esquire the sum of six
dollars for assisting the Council in behalf of the state in the suit State vs.
Duncan Campbell

Ordered that the Clerk direct the Secretary of State to correct an error in a
Patent No 1907 granted to Richard Smith for 150 acres of land in Robeson County
as follows – To Wit – the Course of the third line of the said survey from South
1 degree & 30 minutes East to that of North 1 Degree and 30 minutes West
