and another from Abram Dubois & wife to John Hoddart also a Power 
of Attorny from Levi Ellmaker to George Passmore

Angus Taylor esquire returned an execution against Sion Wilkins and 
Jonas Wilkins for the sum of sixteen dollars and twelve cents and four 
shillings costs at the Instance Zephaniah Leonard levied on seventy 
five acres of land the property of said Sion and Jonas Wilkins near the 
meadows Ordered that the sheriff sell the same

Ordered that Sion Alford and Thomas Sewell Esquires be a committee 
to settle with the guardians of [the minor orphans of] Theophilus 
Thompson deceased and that they report to next term

The last will and testament of John Hammons deceased was proved 
by Kenneth Black
