Thomas Sewell and Sion Alford who were appointed a Committee to 
settle with the guardian of the orphans of Theophilus Thompson have 
reported and find the ammount paid by the former guardian to the 
present for two orphans to be seventy five dollars and twelve cents for 
each

Samuel Willis was appointed overseer of the road in room of William 
Wood

Ordered that James Barfield be overseer of the road in room of 
Andrew Fulmore and that the former hands work under him

Ordered that Dougald Graham Junior be overseer of the road in room 
& district of John McCallum

Ordered that Briton Barnes Junior be overseer of the road in room of 
John Barnes and work the former hands

Ordered that James Baxley be overseer of the road in room of Spencer 
Caldwell and work the former hands

Ordered that Sampson Thompson work on the road under Thomas 
Sewell overseer

Ordered that Jacob Barnes be overseer of the road in room of Charles 
Thompson

Ordered that Sion Pitman be overseer of the road in room of Henry 
Taylor

Ordered that William McMillan be overseer of the road in room of Wiley 
Councill

Ordered that Matthew Kelley be overseer of the new road leading by 
William Townsend & that he work the remaining part of the hands who 
do not work on the road leading from the cross road to William 
Humphreys

Ordered that Malcom McGugan be overseer of apart of the Lumber 
Bridge road (to wit) from the upper end of Edwd Curries plantation 
across the Lumber Bridge to the County line working the same hands 
that formerly worked thereon

Ordered that James McQueen Silas Drake William Barnes Charles 
Bullock and Benjamin Lewis
