Administration on the estate of Israel Campbell deceased was granted 
to James Campbell who entered into bond in the sum of two hundred & 
fifty pounds with John Hawthorn his security

Deed from William Munroe to Peter McGeachy proved by John 
Bethune

Deed of gift from John McMillan to Margaret McNeill proved by 
Alexander Patterson

An inventory of the estate of Israel Campbell was returned by his 
administrator

William Sterling esquire returned an execution against Samuel Stone 
for the sum of twelve dollars and thirty cents and eight shillings costs at 
the suit of William Watters levied on a peice of land leased by Samuel 
Stone from Jesse Hinson – by Samuel Johnson Constable – ordered 
that the sheriff sell the same

Edward Curry Esquire returned an execution against Duncan Campbell 
Esquire for the sum of forty dollars and eight shilling cost at the suit of 
Malcom McNeill levied on 170 acres of land on the ten mile Swamp 
also on 50 acres of land on the Raft swamp between Daniel Campbell 
plantation and the road by Duncan McMillan Constable Ordered that 
the sheriff sell the said two tracts of land

Angus Taylor Esquire returned an execution against Archd Rae for the 
sum of forty three dollars with interest from the first day of June 1810 
till paid at the suit of Zephaniah Leonard
