Ordered that Daniel McNull be overseer of the road in room and district 
of Willis Baxley

Ordered that Alexander McBryde be overseer of the road leading from 
Archd McGills to Gilbert McMillans

Ordered that Lemuel Thompson be overseer of the road in room of 
Thomas Powell? and that the former hands work under him

Ordered that Alexander Townsend be overseer of the road in room of 
Daniel McNeill and that the former hands work under him

Ordered that Charles Thompson Executor of the last will and 
testament of Charles Thompson Senr deceased have leave to sell a 
certain Negro man named Cuff belonging to the estate of the said 
deceased in order to enable him to make a division among the heirs of 
the said deceased
