Tuesday February the 25th 1812

Ordered that William Brown be allowed the sum of sixteen shillings for 
attendance on tthe Superior Court last September term

Tuedsday February 25th 1812

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Sampson Bridgers Angus Taylor and William Thompson 
Esquires

Ordered that John McMillan be overseer of the road in room of John Walker and 
that the former hands work under him

Ordered that Aaron Wise be overseer of the road from Ashpole to the South 
Carolina line in room of John Gowans

Ordered that Joshua Herring be overseer of the road from Sterlings Mill to the 
River Road in room of John Huston

Ordered that Giles Williams be overseer of the road from Griffin's Bluff to 
Fair Bluff in room of Joshua Hinson

Ordered that Jesse Ausley be overseer of the road in room of Malcom McGugan

Ordered that Neill McLean be overseer of the road in room & district of 
Alexander McMillan

Ordered that William Moore Senr be overseer of the road from the Bridge on the 
ten Mile Swamp on the Fayetteville Road to the edge of the Land Hill on the 
North side and that he work his own hands & Daniel McNeills hands
