Ordered that the sheriff sell the same Ordered that Colen McLaughlan be overseer of the road in room of Danl Chisolm and work the same hands Ordered that a Public Bridge be erected over Lumber River where the Bridge formerly stood before by the name of Willises Bridge and that Angus Taylor and Alfred Rowland Esqrs be a committee for the purpose of letting out the same to the lowest bidder and that said committee attend the same and carry this order into effect immediately by given a notis by advertisement of ten days that said comittee shall report when and how the said Bridge shall be erected and that the saem be a County charge except the amount of a ? now filed in Court and allso the lumber board which may nesserey to cover the same which was to be furnished by Mr. Charles Tullock at his mills Ordered that the following gentelmen as Justices Receive the List of Taxable Property for the year 1812 (to wit) Capt Sellers? – Sion Alford Page 329 [image 384b] Capt Drake – Thos Sewell Barnes – N.
